By accessing and using Nexa Window employee monitoring system, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Nexa Window provides employee monitoring and productivity tracking software that captures screenshots and activity data from registered workstations.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding employee monitoring
• You must inform employees about monitoring activities as per local regulations

4. License and Usage

• Licenses are valid for the purchased duration and number of workstations
• Each license is tied to a specific company account
• Licenses cannot be transferred between companies
• Exceeding license limits will result in service restrictions

5. Data Storage and Retention

• Screenshots are automatically deleted after 30 days
• You are responsible for downloading important data before expiration
• We reserve the right to delete data to manage storage capacity

6. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through Razorpay payment gateway
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be completed before license activation
• Failed payments will not activate licenses

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexa Window shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
